Thai Yoga Massage is based upon a 5000 year old tradition and is great for any body, of any age.  The sessions are ninety minutes in length and performed on a thick floor mat with pillows and bolsters available as needed.  The client should wear loose, comfortable clothing (typical yoga wear for example, with pants not shorts).

Thai Yoga Massage employs passive stretches, massage techniques and simple yoga postures with directed breathing.  Attention is paid to the zen lines (similar to the meridians of Chinese medicine), which serve to spread the healing effects throughout the entire body.  Any of the postures can be further modified for the comfort of the client.  Both relaxing and invigorating, Thai Yoga Massage is an excellent antidote to the ill effects of a stressful or sedentary life.
